Excellent food — a memorable first visit. We went there for the first time and were not disappointed. The ambiance is relaxed, set in a beautiful and inviting space. The menu is thoughtfully balanced, and each dish is artfully presented without feeling over-engineered - but very fine. From start to finish, every course was a pleasure. I began with the sardine/crab starter — excellent — followed by pork shoulder and lamb, both perfectly cooked. The flavors were spot-on: refined yet approachable, never confusing, and never dull. For dessert, I tried the Portuguese cheese — very good, though I typically prefer dry French cheeses, so I can’t offer a fair comparison. Although I don’t know much about Portuguese wines, the sommelier did a fantastic job pairing each course. The Acores white is just amazing. Well done to the chef and the entire team — we thoroughly enjoyed the evening.
