Worst meal we had in Europe. If they ever reopen, avoid.

The fake blood on the floor as we entered should have been a sign to leave. We were looking forward to a romantic dinner but unfortunately the entire place was decorated distastefully for Halloween. We waited a few minutes before anyone came to seat us. Then they did not have our reservation on their list. When I said we had booked through Fork they then went to a separate system and found the booking. Unfortunately they said due to system issues they couldn’t offer us the 50% discount. (I may have missed something in translation). They didn’t check us in on the Fork system either. As we were tired, cold and hungry we decided to eat there anyway. We both wanted pizza but were told it wasn’t available. We ordered the Louis burger which was expensive for a burger @ 18 Euro. The burger patty was raw in the middle, hence it was not to my taste. In retrospect I should have asked them to cook it more. Other places in Paris ask you how you would like your meat cooked. Overall disappointing.
