+6A very special, unforgettable gourmet experience today at Lameloise. We had the complete ‘menu degustation’ with wine pairing. Food is spectacular, very tasteful but delicately textured and varied, bringing a lot of big and small surprises. Local and fresh seasonal ingredients were highlighted by the chef. The wine pairings are perfectly matched. The set up and ambience are first rate, with a well trained, proactive, attentive and informative staff.

+1Probably the weakest experience among the three-stars I’ve visited. I chose the simplest lunch set, swapping lamb for pigeon due to a side-vegetable restriction. The seafood and tripe starter was fine, and the Rossini-style pigeon was executed with textbook precision — clean skin, balanced seasoning, yet so polished it lost a touch of wildness. The Rossini treatment of poultry has become too familiar; I find myself weary of it. Dessert began with a green apple juice, then a candied apple lightly perfumed with almond and finished with the usual crisps — flawless in technique, soulless in taste. It seems the pastry team has adjusted sweetness downward, perhaps to please the growing number of Chinese guests — a curious case of refinement gone bland. The room felt oddly self-conscious. I overheard Americans talking business, while a mixed-race couple surveyed every plate — and apparently judged my fleece jacket too. Service lacked warmth: discreet wine pressure.

### Restaurant Review I recently dined at Maison Lameloise, and it was an experience to remember! From the moment we walked in, the ambiance was warm and inviting. The staff greeted us with genuine smiles, making us feel right at home. The highlight was the service. Our server was attentive without being intrusive, ensuring our glasses were never empty and that we had everything we needed. They took the time to explain the menu and offered great recommendations, which added a personal touch to our meal. The food itself was exceptional—each dish beautifully presented and bursting with flavor. The attention to detail was evident, from the freshness of the ingredients to the exquisite plating. Overall, the combination of delightful service and delicious food made for a truly memorable dining experience. I can't wait to return! Highly recommend this restaurant for anyone looking to enjoy a lovely meal with fantastic service.

+9Beautiful building, free street parking, great service. The lemon sorbet, sea bass, croissant, and black tea with raspberries were my favorite items. The spiny lobster was my favorite dish. I dined alone for dinner and was there almost 4 hours.

+1The service was great!!! We had dietary restrictions and the chef was very accommodating and was able to prepare an excellent meal. The amount of food was very generous. The presentation was excellent as well.

Excellent restaurant. No faults. Food and service was exceptional. We look forward to booking reservations on our next trip and we will stay in the hotel at Lameloise the next time.

We had a lunch time reservation on a Saturday. The food and service were AMAZING and we now understand why this is the only 3 Michelin Star restaurant in all of Burgundy. We did the larger tasting menu featuring the famous Bresse Chicken. Fully enjoyed the entire experience and would recommend dining here.

Lameloise is one of the great tables of Europe; rightly possessing 3 Michelin stars. We had the set lunch, which was outstanding. the combinations of flavours, the delicacy of the pigeon (which I normally don't eat), the delight of the desserts and the various amuses were exceptional. The great traditions of cuisine are in safe hands, and the chef is so skilled at exploring new horizons while remaining faithful to local traditions, local produce, and the very highest standards of culinary excellence. This was my second time there, and I can hardly wait to go back. The service was delightful: they're, but not overbearing; simply subtle and attentive, but never intrusive. The maitre d'hôtel runs a tight ship, with finesse, discernment, and ease. Everyone on the staff co-operates well: no matter what their status in the pecking order, everyone springs into action do anything that needs doing, discretely, elegantly, and effectively. The wine list was just superb - it's a very good idea to present it on an i-pad. Sheer delight!

The wonders of French tradition with peaks such as the pike blini and the lamb, melting and accompanied with artichokes and sweetbreads. And a wine pairing that is really a wine pairing and not a bunch of easy young bottles served to please everyone and no-one at the same tine, with a great selection that honors the importance of both food and wine, not leaving one behind the other but using both to raise the experience to the next level.

My husband and I had an amazing meal here. I had put a note on my reservation that I’m vegetarian, and they emailed me to confirm. Then they had a special set menu prepared for me, and it was delicious. Don’t be in a rush. Our 3-courses and dessert was a 3 1/2 hour experience.

Exceptional service, food, wine and ambience. Truly astonishing craftsmanship down to the smallest detail, innovation and surety of taste to combine different food varieties to form a convincing, almost overwhelming, experience. There is a very good balance of tradition, innovation and experimental cooking that results in very exciting and superb dishes, exceptional in every aspect.

We liked the flexibility on the menu, to choose from two different choices. The food was delicious and very well presented. The wine pairing was real nice. The waitresses and waiters were friendly and professional- three star experience. The ambiance is nice, but we didn’t find it exceptional. They deserve three star! We can highly recommend the place

Amazing!!!

Delicious food but took far too long to serve. By the time the 3rd course came it was 10.00 and we began at 7.30. It's nice to have pauses but we became tired. We also didn't understand the menu pricing where you had to pay over 30 euros more to get a choice..it did not make sense.
