Lovely situation and amazing wine. The chef seemed to have got excited with a new foam gun as every course had a whipped something to go with it.

Great food, beautiful place en very kind people.

some of the food we were served was inedible, especially the beef which was so overcooked that it was as tough as beef jerky. We also had an issue with course timing as some people didn't receive their appetizers until 30-40 minutes after everyone else. Overall, we were not pleased with the food and service.

Excellent place with a beautiful view of the vineyards and a pleasant climate. You can choose to sit on the terrace or inside a closed gallery with air conditioning. After lunch, we took a tour of the winery — very comfortable experience. There's parking available. The food and wine list were both outstanding.

This was the second time we dined at Prosper this month. Although the menu choices are limited, the tradeoff is reasonable price and exceptional quality. It was our 50th wedding anniversary and the restaurant staff as well as the chef really made the evening special for us.

We were absolutely delighted with our experience at the restaurant Prosper in Saint-Aubin. Each dish was a true ode to flavour and balance. As a starter, the green bean salad with smoked herring, accompanied by a delicate basil whipped cream and a tasty sauce gribiche, amazed us with its harmony of flavours. The main course — a perfectly cooked pork tenderloin, served with corn espuma, cabbage salad with bacon and mushrooms — completely won us over. A refined, modern take on regional cuisine, where every ingredient is showcased to perfection. Bravo to the chef for such masterful control of flavours and textures. We will be back with great pleasure!

We thoroughly enjoyed our evening at Prosper. The view was amazing and everyone’s meal was outstanding from the entree to the main dish, cheese and deserts. The staff were attentive and friendly. We would definitely return!

very good service, attentive waiter. Food: very nice starter, excellent fish course with divine wine sauce. The lamb dish was outstanding, except for the accompanying vegetables...just try to do something more special with it. Chocolate dessert: just to overpowering...unable to finish. So much for the food, but what a special and beautiful place to have dinner!

We went with friends and family and had a truly unique experience. Not only are the garden and the view stunning, but the service from our waiter, Manuel, was outstanding—he truly elevated the already delicious cuisine of the place. Without a doubt, this restaurant is a hidden gem.

Foo and wine were ok, but poor service.

A beautiful setting that is reminds you of a modern greenhouse with large windows and stunning views. The staff is attentive, helpful and willing to listen then provide recommendations. Members of our dining party ordered prix fixe menus with different number of courses and the chef and staff melded them together so the dinner flowed smoothly. Well worth your time and money.

Great food, excellent attentive service. The maître d’ is extremely welcoming and warm. Loved the asparagus pannacotta and the lamb shoulder melts in the mouth. Only thing I would change is the desserts, the strawberries and lemon are basic, the rhubarb crumble polarising and the chocolate hazelnut gateau average. Nice little restaurant with intimate setting. Just needs tablecloth on the tables and a few candles (the synthetic wood of the tables is not pleasant y to the touch).
