What a great place for a meal, small but perfectly formed. Our hosts were attentive and efficient, the food was tasty and the wine list showcases local providers and others and the bottle selected for us was perfect for our meal.

Loved this restaurant, very friendly and informative staff, the dining room was very cosy and well set out, very homely with nice furnishings, the food was excellent. The melted cheese starter with potatoes was delicious, as was the beef Bourgogne. There is also an excellent wine list, we will visit again when next travelling through Beaune.

Wonderful meal at TOMA. We had an American waiter who explained wine better than any wine tour we’ve been on so far. Food was delicious and plentiful. Took away enough leftovers for lunch for two the next day.

Excellent Beef Bourguignon and Affogato. We were seated at the front of the patio and the staff was so kind as we attempted to speak French. Highly recommended!

The gentleman owner who was welcoming, friendly and obviously operates a professional establishment. The food was exceptional. We stop at Beaune around six times a year and have tried all the recommended restaurants. This restaurant was better than them all. We will return.

Our first meal out in Beaune was at Toma. It was wonderful. The dining room is small and intimate. The dishes were delicious. What made Toma extra special was the attentive and kind staff. My French sadly still ends with pleasantries and basic requests. The server and manager (owner?) made us feel at home with on point suggestions and patience. It is also a place where a couple of school teachers on a vacation we can hardly afford could enjoy a fantastic meal at a very reasonable price. We recommend it highly.
