Great customer service and 2nd to none. The food speaks for itself. We are very pleased. If I lived downtown Bologna I would eat her at least three days a week. You will not regret eating here. Extra bonus the wine is great 😃

Delish! The food was yummy, tasty, fresh, abundant, well prepared and nicely presented! Amongst all of us we tried 7 different schiacciata and they all ranged from good to great! The girl, who was alone with a place full of diners + take-outs + home delivery orders, did a stellar job at being as fast as she could while always remaining cheerful, polite, helpful and smiling! Thank you!

Now I know what it is and... I give it a perfect score. NOW please keep in mind that this is a "SUbway-like" fast food place, with Franciacorta Bubbles from local winery. All food is prepared with love and care by the team of two people, who are very nice. Food -- which are... SANDWICHES ... is great! This is how you have to understand my 10 points score. We had different sandwiches than the day before and we had a bottle of Franciacorta BRUT and we were happy ;-)

This is a fast food place which serves... sparkling vine -- made using methode traditionaile -- meaning -- this is an "Italian Champagne" -- which cannot be named this way ;-) food is great -- hand made with love and care ;-) I may be -- even -- going back -- to try some other sandwiches!!!!
