I was looking for something special to celebrate my birthday, and 'Bubbole' was certainly the perfect choice. The elegant, sophisticated atmosphere, complemented by a breathtaking view of the Sassi, created an unforgettable setting. The food was exceptional, crafted by a Michelin starred head chef, with meticulous attention to detail. The entire staff was warm, welcoming, and highly professional, making my family and me feel truly pampered. I was pleasantly surprised by the creativity of the menu, the beauty of the venue, and the outstanding hospitality. It was an exceptional experience - highly recommended for a special occasion or simply as a well-deserved treat. Bubbole is truly a must-visit in Matera.

The food was excellent (beware chef, just three months in). The ambience is excellent. But the service made it special: Nico was simply outstanding. He was welcoming, enthusiastic, knowledgeable, Make sure you get to have a post dinner drink at the rooftop restaurant: ge view of Matera is breathtaking.
