The food was excellent (beware chef, just three months in). The ambience is excellent. But the service made it special: Nico was simply outstanding. He was welcoming, enthusiastic, knowledgeable, Make sure you get to have a post dinner drink at the rooftop restaurant: ge view of Matera is breathtaking.
