10/10I honestly can't recommend O Palmeiral enough. The atmosphere is amazing, but the hospitality is what sets this place apart. The owner was super accessible and social, even offering us a glass of Espumante to start the evening right. The waiting staff was fantastic, attentive and warm. As for the food: 10/10. We started with the Tortellini in broth which was extremely tasty. For mains, the Pork Cheeks were incredibly tender and came with a purée that was to die for. We also had the Chicken Cacciatore, beautiful presentation and the seasoning with the lemon was absolutely on point. If you are looking for a place with genuine soul and great Italian food, this is it. Will definitely be back!

10/10What a great dinner! Both the aubergine parmigiana and the chicken cacciatore were beyond fantastic. The tiramisu was out of this world. On a scale of 1-10, this place gets a 15!

8/10Aubergine parmigiano was amazing, tiramisu ok. The portions were nice and big and the atmosphere was enjoyable! We were a bit dissapointed as we were charged for bread sticks which we didn’t eat and the bread they automatically bring to the table isn’t free.. (but the flavour was good).

Thank you for the lovely words, and we are so sorry for the grissini sticks! We want to make money normally, not through dodgy charging, so I'm very sorry about this and the team have been told to be more careful. Hopefully it will not stop you from returning 🙏🌴❤️

10/10Lovely cooking in a super charming room. The veranda outside is terrific when the weather cooperates. There is also a thoughtful wine list!
