2/10we had our reservation at 22.00 but we would not be sat untill 22.35. Instead of getting the menu immediately we got stared at for 7 minutes by the same waiter doing nothing. Upon asking politely if we could get the menu she rolled her eyes and hesitantly gave us the menu. While browsing the menu a portion of beef croquettes were brought to the bar and we watched them not know where is belonged as so they left it on the bar counter. After 10 minutes of us clearly being ready to order and the same waiter just staring at us, she finally asked us if we wanted something to drink and maybe a starter. We ordered beef croquettes. She then turned around, picked up the ones standing there, walked away for 10 seconds and came back with them. As she then gave us this portion she tried to act as if these were just made. We saw this happening and asked to confirm if these were the ones standing there for 15 minutes already without heat, she confirmed but argued they were still good.Very unhygienic

8/10For those, like me, who know the restaurant for 25 years, the renewed concept is not as charmful as it was. The renovation makes the atmosphere much more cosy, but it lost its clandestine prohibition feel, and it is now always full. It is also in all the guides, which means that a lage part of the clients are foreigners, when back in the days there was only locals. The food is good, and given the location and reputation the prices are acceptable. The big let down was the service. Apparently there was a member of staff missing but with two people serving in such a small place, it should have possible to do better. In order: it wasn't possible to order cocktails because the ice machine didn't work (apparently having ice delivered home like I do, within an hour, was too difficult....), we had to remember that we were waiting for our wine bottle after ordering it, we had to remember we were waiting for a side well after starting to eat...Not a good service.

10/10We had a truly wonderful experience at SNOB while celebrating our 10th anniversary together, and it couldn’t have been more memorable. From the moment we arrived, the atmosphere felt warm and welcoming, making the evening feel even more special. A special mention goes to Mr. Lionel, who was exceptionally kind, attentive, and genuinely caring throughout the entire night. His professionalism and friendliness made us feel truly valued and added a personal touch that made our celebration even more meaningful. The food was excellent, beautifully prepared, and absolutely delicious. Everything came together perfectly to create an unforgettable evening. We are deeply grateful for such a lovely experience and will definitely be returning. Highly recommended for anyone looking to celebrate a special occasion.

The food was okay, the best to mention was “vazia Snob”. But the sauce can be a problem for people with weak stomach, so proved with caution. The ambience was nice but it got to a point of full house and it was a bit noisy. So we glad we got a early reservation. It’s a bit on the pricey side but nothing too much. Didn’t have much desserts of our liking so we ended up not choosing. The steak was cooked exactly how we asked.

7/10The new renovation is nice. Though we didn’t appreciate the attitude of the staff — we waited over 30 minutes to be seated with a confirmed reservation. And then once seated, service was slow and reluctant. The food and ambience are not worth the hassle. I’ve been before, and it was fine. Perhaps the updated interior compelled some staff to think they were suddenly serving in an exclusive bar in Paris. Meh. No need to return.

Simple and nice dishes, enjoyed a lot the only thing that left me unpleasant was the fact that the main dish that we had it had a lot of sauce all over it, but the waiter said that for the next time we can ask for the sauce on the side
