The food is excellent and really not very expensive. Deep fried Piglet fritters Appetizer is really delicious (I dipped it in the meat sauce that comes with the bread and olives, but don’t tell the traditionalist) Pumpkin soup is amazing (again don’t tell the snobby conservatives but wipe that bowl clean with the bread) Pork Ribs with Peas and Poached Egg/ very tasty and tender pork on the bone, firm peas / great sauce (nonchalantly eat the pork off the bone if you have to) The pork cheek entree is exceptionally good and very unique. Highly recommend. Nut cake Morgade Do Busdaco KILLER GREAT. The bathrooms are really unique and clean. Staff is attentive. Cool facilities The vibe is casual, very friendly and efficient. Order more than you think you need, you will LOVE it so much.

Our server Andre C took very good care of us, and we were fortunate to meet Chef Luis on our way out. We enjoyed the shrimp Açorda, and shared a bottle of Quinta red blend wine. Everyone was very gracious and a very pleasant experience at Pica Pau regardless of the 4.7 earthquake that happen to take place at the time.
