Immaculately cooked traditional tuscan cuisine served in beautiful surroundings. Attentive service. We had the four course taster menu of cold meats, pasta, pork loin and creme brulee which was perfectly balanced.

My husband and I dined at Olio on our first evening in Florence. We had one of the three tasting menus and every course was excellent. Christopher helped us select a wonderful wine to accompany the meal and gave us outstanding service throughout the evening. We highly recommend Olio and plan on returning for our final meal during this trip.

We had a wonderful evening with Carlo at Olio. It was such a great dining experience and we enjoyed it immensely. I begged my wife to split the Florentine Steak with me and we were very happy we did. It was fantastic as was the taglierini with truffles. He had a great selection of wines and grappas and also gave a lesson on olive oils and balsamic. I highly recommend this great restaurant.
