Hello, I think you're very brave to dare post a negative and untruthful comment after your visit to our restaurant. Your reservation was for 1:15-30pm, your wife and child joined you at 2:15pm, the chef having mentioned to me that the kitchen was going to close several times, we waited for you and served you in the same way as our other customers. Daring to say that the kitchen is not fresh is really the last of the comments to be left in view of our work. I would therefore ask you to withdraw your misleading review! Have a nice day! Adeline

9.5/10Food was very good. Especially the one with mushrooms and foie gras. There was one problem nothing to do with food. There were 3 flies disturbing me during my experience of food. Is there any solution for this?

5/10It tasted good. But I waited for 40 minutes to pay after finishing my meal. I asked for the bill twice because I had the next schedule, but I completely ignored it and made him wait 40 minutes. He even frowned when I asked the employee for the second time, responding that he was offended. I don't know why I should be treated like this after paying a lot of money as a customer. This restaurant will soon lose its star. It was the most unpleasant moment of my trip to Paris.

Madame, Premièrement je suis navré que votre expérience se soit mal déroulée, sachez que vous avez été traitée de la même manière que tous nos clients, nous apportons la même attention et le même soin à chacun. Je suis même surprise de voir un avis de votre part car pour vous le moment était désastreux mais la personne qui vous a accompagné a tout de même réservé pour la semaine suivante juste après votre dîner. Nous avons été patients avec vous jusqu’à la fin de la soirée, même le chef, auquel vous n’avez pas daigné dire au revoir en partant après que celui-ci insiste à deux reprises pour vous souhaiter une bonne soirée. Alors, nous avons été votre moment le plus désagréable à Paris, ceci n’est pas du tout le coeur de notre métier, mais sachez qu’avec votre comportement, vous laissez un goût amer à nos équipes également.
