The food was acceptable, but under the level of our expectations. The service was slow once orders was given. Especially, when we tried to get the bill, we waited for 10min - once the bill was ready, it took another 5min before we were allowed to pay. They tried to bill us for a more expensive wine than we ordered - however they discounted the difference when we addressed the problem.

On my 2-week cross country Italy trip (half way through) this has been the best meal I have had. I have personally struggled enjoying the traditional Italian food scene here has not been reaching the high expectations people shared with me versus some of the elevated American Italian spots I frequent. This spot gave me the 1 thing I enjoy when visiting new places: elevated local cuisine. We got the cotoletta alla Milanese, the risotto alla Milanese, tagliatelle with white veal ragu, a couple deserts, and a coffee. It was all great (weird nit pick but I felt they also had the best bread basket too).

Wonderful food and attentive service. We had a great Ossobucco , lamb, and pasta amatriciana. We brought our baby and they fostered a very welcoming atmosphere, set up a high chair, baby utensils, etc. We had a wonderful experience and would definitely come back

Unfortunately the main course failed totally, I had the lamb shoulder. Everything was wrong, the lamb, sauce and artichoke. The dessert, however was excellent! Crème brûlée with basil and raspberry.

The place was recommended to us by friends. We were a few minutes late for our reservation and the lady was very unfriendly and told us that she could not accommodate us because of the delay even though the place was empty.

Best food and super well presented. If you’re near Corso Como and in the Brera district this place is a treat much like the name sake wine, Brunello. You won’t be disappointed.

This restaurant was a great one. Although they are strict about their opening and closing times, their food was exceptional. The staff were nice and friendly. The chef gave us a surprisingly good cheese blend and the perfect bread to go with it. The seafood meatballs were surprisingly good. Lamb shank and beef sirloin were cooked to perfection. Chefs special veal schnitzel screams award worthy. The only bad thing I have to say about this restaurant is their own tiramisu recipe. It was almost all cream and no cake. There were these crumbs in between the 2 layers of cream while the cream itself was nothing out of the ordinary. I had to almost force myself to eat it. Overall this restaurant is pretty good. I myself didn’t like their recipe of tiramisu but try it for yourself.
