Pizza's very nice. Staff pleasant. Arrived at restaurant at 7:55pm for table booked at 8:00pm. Ordered promptly and received drinks and small cut portions of bread in brown bag with olive oil. Unfortunately our pizzas did not arrive until close to 9pm along with starter of bruschetta we'd ordered for meal, which we did not eat as pizzas are large. It appears they may have forgotten about our order given the time everything was delivered to table at same time. Unusual that the starter and main course were delivered to table at same time which made us think they forgot about our order and rushed things. Obviously we did not stay for desert or any other items (i.e. coffee etc). Restaurant was very busy and I don't know if it's standard to wait for close to 1 hour for pizzas in Quarto d'Ora Italiano. Couple of different things added to bill such as 2 euro per person to have privilege of eating there and was 1 another small charge in Italian also..maybe for the bread pieces in brown bag?

great spot for high quality pizza within minutes of the tower of pisa. The pizzas are huge so could probably share one between 2. We went for dinner but I would say this is a better lunch spot.

Amazing pizza - so light and high quality toppings. Waiter gave great recommendations. We booked for 10:30pm coming from the airport and they served us really quickly but didn’t rush us.

Service was a little slow/distracted but the restaurant was very busy. Also, both times we ate there, one of our pizzas crusts were too burnt in places to be able to eat the whole thing, which is a shame as our pizzas were otherwise excellent. I would recommend this pizzeria definitely, and they were the best pizzas we had during our trip, just can’t give them 5 stars as still room for improvement.
