The food was pretty good, but the service was not that great to be honest. The person who attended us didn't seem to have a good day :) I think a bit more consideration and willingness to help, would go a long way.

I would NEVER return here! The customer service was NON existent, despite us being extremely polite and well mannered. We decided to skip dessert and eat this at our hotel as could not wait to get out of there. The smoking customers next to us, was not pleasant whilst eating either, but understand this is out of the restaurants control I assume.

This was one of our best meals of our two week holiday in Tuscany - certainly the best anti pasti by far. I’m only sorry we go home today, as there were several dishes on the menu I would have happily chosen.

The service was awful!!! The waiters were very rude and untidy!! This restaurant doesn’t deserve the good rating on tripadvisor. I definitely don’t recomend it.
