9.5/10The entire experience was truly five-star from start to finish. We opted for the tasting menu, and the waitstaff explained each dish in great detail, which really enhanced the experience. It took us on a journey of culinary excellence, the Brussels sprouts were the best I’ve ever had, and the veal tartare was absolutely exceptional. The ambiance of the restaurant was excellent and added greatly to the overall experience. The only small piece of feedback would be that the tables are quite close together. The first course of beetroot with a delicious savoury ice cream set expectations very high, but sadly the food went downhill from there. Textures were almost entirely missing and the flavours were just not there. The main course of beef tasted overly bitter, and not from being cooked on an open fire, with a curried squash that was undercooked and with a flavour profile that just didn’t work. Unfortunately the dishes did not improve and the dessert was sadly very poor indeed- lots of different preparations of chocolate but with no distinguishable textures or flavours, leaving just an overly rich goo on the plate. We just did not feel that the food lived up to the expectations we had at all. The service was friendly but they kept forgetting to bring the next glass of wine with each course. I think the price, whilst not extortionate, was definitely excessive for the quality of the food. Genuinely sorry I can’t say better things!

3/10The most horrid experience I have ever had in a restaurant. I am shocked to say that here were 3 instances with plated food during our meal. I am not familiar with French food standards but there was a small wire approximately 2-2 1/2 inches in length in one plate. A fiber from the brush used to spread butter on the top of the appetizer according to the kitchen. And finally, I just could not believe that is was not intentional, a hair on the dessert plate. I find all of these events so unbelievable that I think this restaurant should be reported to the Health Department and certainly taken off the Michelin Guide.

4/10Bred eas like bakeoff. One dish was so bitter and salty that we disliked it. One dish had no taste and good fish drowned in Black sauce. What Michelin had when they visited we would liketo know.

3/10The food was not good, the cuts of meat were cheap. The ingredients were not fresh. The only good thing we had was the bread and the second basket they brought out was already cold. This restaurant is not worth the price tag.

10/10What a fantastic place in the middle of Paris! Gorgeous food, creative dishes and perfect wine recommendations, we had the 5 course Menue and really enjoyed it - the service team is very friendly and highly professional. 5 stars for Les Louis Vins!

9/10Went for New Year's Eve prix fixe dinner, food was mostly tasty, but found my scallops to be a bit more briny than I like - perhaps it's a regional flavor. Really nice atmosphere, friendly service, good wine (although if you're expecting a cocktail have it first elsewhere because they only have wine, which we didn't realize!)
