I went by myself and was able to get a table by the window. You can book a table ahead but must go early and be willing to wait to get nice view unless you go in big group. Staffs were lovely and accommodating.

We had requested a table on the canal and they had it waiting for us! This was our last night in Venice and it was so special! The food was excellent and so was the service! Highly recommend!

The ambiance of this spot right on the canal was the main reason I choose this restaurant for our first evening in Venice and the views absolutely did not disappoint! We were excited to try some local cuisine - so we opted for a fish course. The food - while not bad was also not much to write home about. For reference, our favorite part of the meal was the roasted potatoes served as a side to the main dish. Staff was kind and helpful, but I would not list Ristorante Sempione as a must stop for cuisine. That being said, it would be a great spot to grab drinks or dessert with a canal-side view!

Really cute resturaunt, service was great, but it was really expensive for the quality of food. I had the cheese and meat platter and the cheese left much to be desired and lasagna lacked texture. Also if you weren’t seated near a window then the general aesthetic wasn’t the best, however thankfully we got a good seat because of booking in advance

The service was fast but little bit too fast, came to take plates as soon as ready. The food was okay nothing special but not bad. THE PLACE THO WAS AMAZING SO IT WAS 100% WORTH IT!

The food was superb. I ordered the Tuna Tartare and the sea food risotto. My mom had the branzino with vegetables, and my aunt the seafood soup. At the end, we got complimentary limoncello shots. Fine dining ambiance with upscale decor and quiet music. They treated us with respect at this location
