9.5/10The food was phenomenal, the service was decent (could be improved, need someone there to greet the guests, food to table was slower than expected), but they were incredibly kind and offered an additional dessert/gift.

8/10The experience promised a meet and greet with Chef Cautiello and a glass of wine, neither of which was offered or provided. We had to pay for a bottle of wine on our own. The food and ambiance were done well, but we found that elements of the amuse bouche were our favorite bites of the meal. This experience was more disappointment in an experience promised but not delivered.

7/10This was disappointing to be honest. The food was beautifully presented and tasted ok but the ambience was uptight and despite originally being told they were full, there were only 2 other couples in the room. The service was slow and not very friendly. One waiter did try to offer us another course when I did not like my starter which was super kind but there was nothing wrong with the food (just not to my taste) so I declined but it was a nice gesture. The rest of the staff seemed to actively avoiding eye contact most of the time and no one poured our wine so we had to do it ourselves the whole night. Overall disappointing for the high price and reputation.

9.5/10It was amazing experience! The cuisine is excellent - my respect to chef! Good survive and professional waiters. Only one thing that needs to be better - it’s dress code! For me it was strange to observe people in flip-flops and people blowing their noses into a napkin in a place of such kind.

9/10Great complexity and excellent harmony for the ingredients and the way they are processed. 8 course + 2 little plates(amuse bouche and pre-dessert). Great price too, especially for Venice. However, I must mention to future guests that the service is astonishingly slow. The dinner was a solid 3h20min, the first hour I only got amuse bouche and one appetizer, the second hour I got bread and two appetizers. The average interval was approximately 40 minutes, same even for the two little plates. It’s especially bad because I’m a solo traveler, but eventually the couples got impatient too. I really wish restaurants limited their number of reservations according to actual capacity, being “a big restaurant” and having good music doesn’t really justify that. Overall dining experience is impacted collectively by many factors, and timing is something I wish the restaurant paid more attention to. Staff 3/10

For our 8-course tasting menu — which becomes 10 courses when including the amuse-bouche and pre-dessert — we generally need at least 3 hours so that each dish can be prepared and served with the care it deserves. That evening, there was also an unexpected slowdown due to sudden staff absences, and we sincerely apologize if this affected your experience. Our intention is always to offer a relaxed “slow food” journey, to be enjoyed without hurry, and we regret if this didn’t align with your expectations. 10/10We had a wonderful evening. Gianluca took great care of us. The whole service was absolutely perfect: discreet but there (real luxury indeed). We took the 6-course menu with the wine pairing - this is not what I usually do and I am not much into fishes but I wanted to try and accompany my husband: best decision I’ve ever made. Incredible flavors, very refined, quantities perfect and the wine pairing made it even more incredible. We loved every bit of it. I’ve had given instructions during the booking that were all dully respected. Thanks to the whole team for this great night.

5/10Food was very tasty and well presented, however we didn’t receive drinks for 30 minutes after arriving and the first course didn’t arrive until 50 minutes after sitting down. Others arrived and were served before us. It was extremely hot in the dining room and the ambience was poor. Very disappointing considering the price paid with little acknowledgment of the poor service.
