Dear Shiso Burger I wanted to share my experience from today’s visit, which unfortunately was quite disappointing. Firstly, the service was not up to expectations. The blonde waitress who attended to us seemed unfriendly and quite aggressive, which made us feel unwelcome. This really affected our overall experience. Secondly, the food was not great. The sweet potatoes, while well-cooked in some parts, had several blackened and burned pieces. It was hard to enjoy them, and they definitely didn’t meet the quality we were hoping for. Finally, we booked through TheFork with the expectation of receiving the 20% discount, but it wasn’t applied to our bill. We were disappointed that this was overlooked. Overall, we left feeling unsatisfied with both the food and service. We had hoped for a much better experience and are sad to say that we won’t be returning under these circumstances. Best regards,

We love this place, usually the service is excellent, but not this time. The Bulgogi burgers were rather spicy, though we loved it anyway! The fresh big mochi were great.

Food was tasty. Service was ok as well, except that the place opened 30 min late and the sole employee in the shop refused to let us into the shop to wait for his colleague to arrive and open the place, leaving us waiting outside the door in the cold for 20 minutes until his colleague arrived.

Original flavors and good quality food. Friendly staff and stylish restaurant. Will definitely come back. If I could suggest one improvement, increase the ventilation in the upper section.
