They treated us very nice and kindly. They explained everything very well and were very friendly. They helped us celebrating the birthday of my partner and gave us some souvenirs afterwards. Overall a very enjoyable and fun experience with friends and family. We will repeat soon!

Seriously amazing... We came to celebrate a birthday and had changed our reservation about 3-4 different times on the phone, and they were super accommodating and kind. The food and atmosphere were incredible, and the staff gave a really cute birthday surprise of a panda teddy bear, a small cake, and a round of shots - they wouldn't even accept tips, we had to insist! We had such a great night at Yuan's Hot Pot, and will 100% be coming back here again to celebrate more birthdays :)

The experience is always amazing at Yuan's. It's a very popular spot, so I would recommend reserving in advance. Great selection of foods and meats, also vegeterian options and many different mushroom types. We went on my friend's birthday and they were just lovely! Service is impeccable, great food, and good vibes. Would recommend!
