Fantastic Hamburger, service and ambience

The food was good, not incredible but definitely too small portions. We paid one little piece of bread with one little butter 4,90€ (even without olives). I would not suggest if you're hungry.

If you are looking for a spot with a good view and tasty food, this one is quite an interesting finding. Food was tasty and properly prepared, however for the price, the amount of meat was a bit of a disappointment, as 70% was only fries. Terrace is cozy with blankets in case you are cold. Service was slow despite having only two tables being served, around 35 min. waiting.

Excellent Service from the beginning to the end! Elizabeth was our waitress, and we had made a reservation for a party of 10! They originally had reserved a table for us in two tables of 5, but quickly moved us over and added more tables to accommodate all of us at 1 table of 10! Which was very kind! The food was excellent and came out fairly quickly… on top of all of this was the breaths taking view! 10/10 would come here again!

I loved the Cod and my wife got the Pork based on their recommendation and she said she loved it. My Father-in-Law who ordered the sirloin strips said it was the best meal he's had all vacation. Our kids had pasta with butter and a hamburger and they liked their food too. We had a great view overlooking Sintra as we ate.

Food was from frozen and poorly cooked. Tasted really bad across the five items we ordered. Portions were small for the money. Service was fine. View was nice.

Went there based on reviews and the claim that they offer the best view of Sintra and was disappointed. It's a tiny restaurant with tables squeezed in next to each other, the view is well like from any other point in Sintra which is a town on hills. Coming to the food there is nothing much to write about. The pica pau was below average and the tiny fillet of fish with tomato rice was decent at best. The only highlight was the chocolate mousse, which was delicious with the perfect consistency. The service was acceptable. The terrace allows smoking on the tables and the next table being inches away you get to breathe in second hand smoke free of cost. Do not recommend them.

I made a reservation at this restaurant and arrived right on time. When I got there, only one table inside the terrace area was left. While there weren’t any major issues with the service, a few staff members seemed a bit curt, which made me feel slightly uncomfortable. The view from the restaurant was fantastic. As for the food, it was neither particularly good nor bad.

They seemed pissed that we got a discount and informed us that if you have a reservation you must sit inside. Then they did the usual and offered the coperto/entrada and it was *terrible* prepackaged butter, crappy olives, and one terrible bread roll per person. But we went with it and since we ordered the board with meat and cheese asked for more bread and she made sure the ask exactly how many pieces because she will charge us for each one. The octopus was legitimately good but I had the shrimp pasta and the shrimp was so overdone it was criminal and it was the smallest portion of pasta I've had in my life. I would not go back and if we hadn't gotten a discount it would have been our most overpriced meal of our trip. Now I know why everything in Sintra closes early. Just go back to Lisbon and have dinner.

We had a confirmed reservation, but when arriving at the location we found out that the reservation is only for inside, not for terrace. Who would want a reservation for inside?! We were lucky that a table on the terrace got free after about 10 min. The service is very slow, about 20 min only for entrees. Food was not their strong suit. We also ordered octopus salad, and it was clear from a can (we could see the form of the gelatin). The nicest thing is the view from the terrace.

it's a fun.tastic place. kind service good food beautiful view. but prices exaggerate.. 2.50 for an espresso?...

Very nice restaurant with a nice view. Small and quiet location. We had cream of carrot soup (delicious) and shared a delicious risotto main dish. We want to go back for the pork tenderloin that another table ordered.

Thé only thing good about this restaurant was the view you get from it. The food on the other hand really wasn’t at per & based on the price of them, the quantity was laughable. The food also tasted quite imbalanced. (The mushroom risotto just tasted like melted cheese & the crème brûlée had too much cinnamon in it) Overall, it was a very disappointing experience.
