9.5/10Very good food . Straightforward Portugueese cuisine. The food and wine prices are very reasonable. You will not be disappointed. Recommend making reservations. The place is small and fills up quickly

What a superb restaurant! The food was so tasty. We both had the duck main course, and for dessert it was strawberries with port and ice cream for one and the ice cream cake with almonds and hot chocolate sauce for the other. The staff were perfect being friendly, attentive and able to joke with customers too. A really lovely atmosphere inside. I would definitely recommend this restaurant if you are ever in Sintra.

This little restaurant tucked away next to a church in Sintra’s historic centre is delightful. Intimate but not fussy. The food was delicious, especially the black pork starter and the black pork bochechas were sublime. A great wine selection and, unusually for most Portuguese restaurants, a great dessert selection. The staff were attentive without being intrusive. Loved it.

10/10It is a lovely, traditional and small restaurant in Sintra. Food was delicious and staff very friendly. Always make sure you make a reservation, otherwise you might get dissapointed ;-)

+1The food is great. Although the place is not easy to find, as it is on the second floor. The waitress is very patient and speaks good English. She even told me where to stop the Bolt for this restaurant, although it is a little bit far from the restaurant. Anyway, we love the environment and had a good time there.
