10/10My favourite Sushi restaurant by far. Lovely atmosphere. The acoustics are great. Unlike most restaurants in Portugal you don’t need to shout at each other to be heard … Food is excellent & staff is friendly. A most whenever I’m in the area.

The flavors were unlike any sushi I’ve tried before, blending fresh ingredients with inventive European-inspired touches that really elevated each roll. The presentation was beautiful, almost too pretty to eat (but trust me, you’ll want to!). Everything tasted incredibly fresh, and the fusion approach worked so well. The ambiance at Sushifashion is chic and modern, with a welcoming vibe that made the whole dining experience even better. 10/10I have been at Sushifashion Lake quite a few times when we are in Portugal, It’s one our favorite restaurants to go to. As far as Japanese fusion cuisine goes this is the best we have experienced so far in Portugal!
