Very attentive staff, tempura crab and pork belly starters were amazing, banna blondie for dessert was delicious and a lovely bottle of wine from Bairrada. Nice experience

It is a pretty setting, first of all. Very friendly service, but also amazing food. The cheek and gyoza starters were lovely, the sashimi was fresh and flavorful, and the katsu was the best we’ve ever had!

Unfortunately felt rob and that left me with a sour taste. Went there on Valentines. The menu had a lot of variety, it was quite fast and it was very tasty. Service was very helpful. But paying 150€ for a Sangria felt outrageous, specially because the food we ate was cheaper than that and they had white wines at about 40€ and 60€. So charging that extra for a normal sangria is just crazy. Keep in mind that I ordered that because sangrias are usually cheaper than wine (they don’t need to use the best wine, and it’s gonna get mixed with soda and fruits) Should have asked for the price beforehand. That really made me regret the experience because for that price you could go to premium restaurants like Yakuza, and enjoy better food, in a more romantic setting and pay less. The ambient is also not the best for romantic situations because the ceiling is very high, open and the lights are very bright. Does not invite a lot of intimacy

One of the best meals I’ve had! The yellowtail w/pistachios, veggie green curry & sashimi platter were all flavorful along w/the perfect portion sizes, service was attentive & ambience of the restaurant added to a perfect evening.

The venue is exceptional but once you enter the hot restaurant the quality ends. The food was average and not a 5 star hotel experience and the Toro ( on show) was only for the owner! Service was good but the food quality and hot restaurant made it a poor experience

We were staying at the resort and decided to try Spices mainly out of convenience, knowing that the prices would be on the high side. However the fact that we were not told that we were paying over 8 euros for each bottle of water that the server used to keep our glasses filled was offensive. Additionally the acoustics in the room cause it to be a very noisy place and not enjoyable even though the tables are not unusually close together.

Congratulations to the team! From the chef to the cleaning staff. Marvellous food, atmosphere and service. Worth a Michelin star! Shrimp Bao simply the best one in the world! Lamb and pistachio! What a combination! Green fish curry?!?! Simply divine.

Having eaten at Spices ordering from the "regular" menu, which is not available during the Saturday night buffet, I would say the food quality suffers on the buffet. We wouldn't choose it again. We were also a bit disappointed that, despite noting a special adult occasion, we were seated next to a very noisy family with loud children and pinging cell phones. It is noteworthy that we were the only two tables in the restaurant at the time because it was early. We had to ask to be moved.

All the staff were great but the restaurant was soulless and the food not up to previous standards. Naan bread was a sugary flatbread, bao's tasting like a club sandwich ..... please go back to your previous standards of excellent food.

This place deserves a higher Michelin star rating. Enjoyed the experience- food flavors, menu choices, staff attention and most of all how knowledgeable our waiter was about wines and the food. He said he loves his job and it showed. Good choice for vegetarians!

The poor service seriously let this restaurant down. That and the fact it was full hotel guests with young children ruined what would otherwise have been a pleasant meal. It took over 4 hours to serve the meal due to long periods waiting for a waiter. The wine arrived at the table already opened (unusual). The port was served with substantial sediment in the glass and request for water or ice had to be asked for several times before they were brought. Not what you would expect of a restaurant in this price bracket.

Exceptional experience. Amazing staff, great menu, delicious food! We were a party of 4 (with 2 children) and we all had a great night! Will be returning very soon!
