The place is super cool, but unfortunately the service and food don't match the value. We had to look for a waiter to ask for the menu, then to order drinks and food and to pay the bill. I paid 14 euros for a raspberry drink that came with a single raspberry, and 35 euros for a cold, dry, and tasteless entrecote, we had to look for a waiter to ask for pepper and salt to season the food. We were 4 adults, we paid a bill of 200 euros and unfortunately, we left unsatisfied. It's not worth the price.

Food was not great, service was slow One of the guy who served us water, broke the glass in front of me and he didn't even realise that .we had to tell him to change the glass. We ordered burger it was dry and had too much lettuce. Fish n chips was not good at all. We really expected much better food from this place

The service can be improved, some of the staff looked/worked like they are interns and unsure of their occupation. They weren’t efficient at times. The ambience/aesthetic is beautiful (the design is wonderful and the city view is gorgeous).

Good food, nice view from restaurant, but; Restaurant does not match with expectations: - Restrooms are dirty, - Bad service (each person has a wine glass of different size, unused glasses are not removed from the table, noone refills wine glasses from our bottle -> selfservice for this price was not acceptabel) - They assigned a table in the wrong restaurant, which did not match with my booking (to reject the promised discount after the meal). -> unserious business manner, not recommendable at all

first cours was forgotten. service was disorganized. At the end you do not want to give the discount. The food was delicious, with very small portions. Main course was cold and we had to return it.

The only thing that is great is the view and the interior design.The food is too salty and way overpriced.The service is rude and it took almost 2 hours to get only the main course served.In the meantime they keep trying to sell drinks.Do.not go here!
