Very good Moroccan restaurant in between the Brussels Euro quarter and Place Flagey. Good tagines (if you like lots of honey in them) and very friendly and welcoming service. Recommended.

It was a last-minute reservation for just myself - through The Fork. Easily made. A nice walk to La Medina from the Flagey concert venue. The ambience transports you to Morocco immediately. The menu is varied and tempting! I chose the lamb tagine with figs - exquisite! A carafe of Moroccan red wine recommended by the friendly proprietor was an excellent accompaniment. For dessert, oranges marinated in a lightly sweetened syrup along with mint tea. Perfect end to a perfect experience! I arrived at 815pm when the restaurant was nearly empty. But by 9pm it was completely packed. I was fortunate to have secured a seat when I did! It’s clearly a highly popular place and deservedly so. The restaurant is ideal for both an intimate date evening and a family gathering - the tables range from seating for two to accommodating up to eight. I hope to return on my next visit to Brussels!
