Great Indian restaurant with friendly service and good quality for the price. They also have set up very well for the corona period and we felt comfortable with all of their measures. Highly recommended.

We visited the Taste of India with 10 person. It's a small and cozy place. The head of the restaurant offered us to make us some different dishes of his choice so we can have a lot of different food which we can taste. We agreed to that. The choice of food was great. Also some Tandoori specials were included. It was really delicious and so we had a very nice evening at the Taste of India! Thank you and we can really recommend this restaurant if you like Indian food! If we will ever be back in Haarlem we visit you again!

We were welcomed and quickly shown to our reserved table. The food was very tasty and portions were more than adequate. We did not receive one item, the raita, and were charged for it, but the waitress quickly removed it from the bill when I pointed it out. On a busy Saturday night it was as noisy as a British pub and they do not take credit cards, at least they refused my American ones, so bring cash.

My goodness, hands down one of the few most amazing meals I have had for a long time. I have tried more Indian restaurants in Haarlem and this is personally my favourite so far. Amazing service, homey atmosphere and located in the city centre. It's just perfect. Ps. yes, when they say it's spicy, it is spicy.

Very nice food. My boyfriend and I eat a lot and we were very full with a lamb menu (really tasty meat) and a samosa (very good!). Great quality/price.

Taste of India has been our "go to" restaurant every month for about a year now. We love it! Food has been outstanding every time: home made, full of flavors, and with just the right amount of spiciness. Service is great, always attentive and efficient. Overall, it is a small, family style restaurant serving authentic Indian food at a very affordable price! Decor could use an upgrade but it just adds up to the charm of the place. Go in with your eyes closed, you won't be disappointed!
