The dining room service was excellent, fast and polite. Decor and cleanliness perfect. The food was good, especially the dessert from the daily menu. Prices were reasonable, though the €5 per person cover charge was higher than expected. I chose this restaurant through The Fork, specifically to use The Fork Pay and my gift cards. While it helped me discover the place, I had to provide my card details with a €200 no-show penalty, which is excessive. I also couldn't modify my reservation time in the app. When I called the restaurant to arrive earlier, they agreed but never mentioned that The Fork Pay wasn’t working. As a result, I couldn’t use my gift card or earn any benefits from the app. This was very disappointing.
