10/10The staff and service were excellent. The food was amazing. This restaurant was a great find. It is a must try! Server was very kind when I requested to change the meal that I had ordered incorrectly. Spoke English very well.

10/10Cute little restaurant with some old school vibes. Food was good and waitstaff were friendly and helpful. Heads Up, no English menu so be aware of that going in! Otherwise enjoy.

10/10Charming restaurant on a minimally trafficked cobblestoned street outside the Aurelian walls. Tables outside under umbrellas against the wall. Spacious dining rooms inside. Friendly, efficient staff. Delicious, creative food. Try the Yellow Submarine, a croquette of codfish on a burrata-like mayonnaise, topped with caramelized onion. Or the Norma Jeane, eggplant ravioli under an excellent tomato sauce. Other options include salmon dishes, pad thai (including a vegan version), truffled dishes, beef, and so on. The menu is in Italian only, so if necessary, bring a dictionary or ask the waiters, who speak a bit of English.

kind lady, I want to say that what she thought burnt were not potatoes but fried eggplants .... gentile signora, ci tengo a dire che quelle che lei pensava bruciate non erano patate ma melanzane fritte....

7/10A little overpriced for the quality. My friend had La Fritturina as a starter but he left it as he said it was over-fried. We both had the Cacio e Uovo as a main pasta dish and it was good but a small portion.

AL PIGNETO - Il ristorante Va.do. al Pigneto si trova in uno dei quartieri romani più di tendenza: il Pigneto, zona frequentata dai giovani dove sono tanti gli eventi e i locali dedicati a loro.
ACCOGLIENTE - La struttura, che trova posto in un edificio degli anni trenta ben ristrutturato, si propone con un ambiente arredato in uno stile shabby chic, molto simile alle osterie della Provenza ed è perfetto per ritrovarsi tra amici o per una cena di coppia.
CUCINA ITALIANA - Il menù prevede molte ricette classiche della nostra gastronomia, si spazia dalla cotoletta alla milanese alla carbonara, ma sono previste incursioni anche tra i piatti toscani con dolcetti deliziosi come i cantucci. E per una serata davvero fantastica, non è raro cenare con l'accompagnamento musicale dal vivo.
