Pho Da is amazing. Love the idea they use the sizzling hot stone bowl to ensure the soup is hot enough to cook the raw beef! They also have culantro in the soup giving it a really authentic flavor

The food was good but it was disappointing that items on the menu were not available. Also, there was zero interaction with the staff as I think they did not have sufficient French language skills. When I went to pay the bill, although we said when we arrived that we had a Fork reservation and this was checked, the 50% price was not applied. It took some time to sort this out. Food is good but they need to sharpen their management skills.

Super nice offer with the fork discount! The staff is very friendly and attentive, despite not speaking very good French (but they speak English!). The bo bun was special, with lots of uncommon topings (perilla leaves, mangoes, beef skewers…) but i wouldnt say it was the best (tasted a bit bland in all honesty). I would definitely recommend the pho da though! It is served in a hot stone pot, with the meat and noodles on the side so you can cook them yourself while the bowl stays warm. The broth was very flavorful and the meat incredibly tender !
