10/10What can I say but incredible. It was amazing watching the staff and I love how the head chef spends one on one time with you to teach you how to cook scallops. Definitely recommend.

4.5/10It seems that the kitchen and the staff were overwhelmed by a table of 12 and therefore didn't pay sufficient attention to the other tables. The wine pairing we have ordered was not synchronised appropriately with the dishes served - as if they forgot. Something just didn't work. The food was fine however the signature dish Included a quite small portion of lobster. The first desert based on radish was special and creative, as were the amuse bouche however despite the storytelling in the menu, unfortunately it did not feel as a culinary journey .

10/10Fantastic food that is better than some of the Michelin star restaurants we’ve been to! The chef personally came to our table several times and even gave a numbered shell to my daughter. The only thing I could say may need improvement is service attentiveness-we ran out of water and bread several times and had to flag waiter twice. Drinks were empty and no one asked if we wanted refill. Apart from that 5 stars and we would come back again every time the menu refreshes! Top quality food chef!

10/10We have never tasted such wonderful food! The whole experience was truly incredible from the moment we walked through the door; the incredible service, ambience, attention to detail and exceptionally unique food. Every single course that came out was a visual delight and a magical experience on your palate. We will definitely return and wholeheartedly recommend. Thank you for making our first night in Paris so special.

7.5/10The idea is very original and the decor and presentation of the food is good. The service is friendly. However for this price I expect a Michelin quality level of food and I was disappointed. Some of the items were good but most were just average. And the service was very slow - over 4 hours for an 8 course dinner is about an hour too long.

10/10This was an incredible immersive experience for my birthday in Paris. Loved the ambiance, service was excellent and really enjoyed meeting the chef and learning about cooking razor clams! Elevated dining experience worthy of a Michelin star! Chefs take on carbonara was incredible. I’m still dreaming of it! We stayed sat Aug 18 and would go back in a heartbeat.

8.5/10I was personally expecting much more as the reviews were great.. The staff was quite friendly. The decoration and crockery were very nice. However it was too dark, especially as the dinner lasted 4 hours! There is a lot of movement during the service and not much space.. The cuisine was quite original, but each time, an ingredient was too present and was suppressing the other flavors.. Same for the signature cocktails, and I've tried all 3 of them. I have really appreciated the moment with the Chef! The overall experience was fine, but could have been much better.

7.5/10The staff was excellent. The razor clam demonstration was a fun intermission. The food was very creative, but there were some dishes where we felt that the creativity outweighed the taste of the food (lentil dessert). The biggest problem was the duration of the meal; the 8-course tasting menu took nearly 4.5 hours.

7.5/10The ocean theme is a bit weird for me when blending in seafood into every dish. First time to try oyster in desert, just feel odd. Overall experience is good but not as good as other Michelin restaurants that I tried. Service is very good though.

10/10Very very good experience. Direct interaction with the chef is highly appreciated on our end as well. What could still be improved is maybe the serving time between courses. We felt there was slightly a longer than necessary transition time between courses
