10/10I actually book a table just for myself, which was kind of awkward for me, but the waiter was very welcoming and polite so I loved that. The atmosphere was perfect and the food... ❤️ Tortellini a balus is a must for sure.

10/10A Balus is a very special restaurant. We enjoyed several evenings of wonderful food and the staff were so friendly. It was just a great place to be and we would highly recommend it.

9.5/10+2A nice restaurant in the center of Bologna, with traditional regional dishes. The service has been very attentive and are able to provide a good hint of the menu. Primi piatti are higher level than secondi piatti. We highly recommend to order Tortellini A’ Balus.

10/10We have been in Emilia Romagna for two weeks and have eaten some amazing meals. Lunch today at this restaurant was right up there with the best. Tortelloni with mushroom sauce and the tortellini with truffles were so good! And the roasted potatoes were delicious!

10/10This is a hidden gem, in a quiet area. The ambiance was great, with clean and spacious dining areas. The food was amazing! Would definitely recommend it!

8/10The resturant interior was nice. The staff knowledgeable and personable. Our starter was good. Our second course - duck was excellent, but COLD ratatouile ? And Scottana beef and potatoes were not good.. The wine was good.
