Truly head spinning experience where the chefs played with our brain perception and taste buds like we rarely experienced before. The esthetic and service pace were spot on. Both the smaller wine pairing and extended surprising drinks pairing were well thought through. This young team is deeply talented and I believe they will keep rising. Astonishing sweet ending with the chef signature bubble of sugar. Delightful.

Impeccable service. Their star is well-deserved for that alone. The ambiance is a little stuffy, at first. It was also at lunch time. Otherwise, the atmosphere is nice, and novel. We learned that all of the ceramics are made by the pastry chef/owner. Which is amazing. The dishes are creative and tasty, not exactly my palate as far as the amount of bitterness. The amuse bouche and petit fours were exceptional and the salmon was cooked perfectly.

One of the beast experiences in this kind of restaurants that I had! I took the 7 course menu and it was perfect. Different tastes combined all together in harmony! Also the service was above and beyond! I will highly recommend it!

You don’t feel it is a set menu. Everything was unconnected and irrelevant even presented together. Mentioned at least 2 times for the special dessert. Wait way too long for something and sometime way too short between courses. Destroyed experience. Don’t recommend to visit. Worst star restaurant I ever visited.

Each dish is a pleasant surprise, like a journey with no idea where the next stop will be. The fresh and creative combinations of ingredients fully awaken the taste buds. It has a strong resemblance to Japanese kaiseki cuisine, but purely Western. The most memorable part was the caviar.

The Service were outstanding. The food was quite interesting, great experience overall. I didnt like all the things but that s really individual. My wife is not a foodie so I pretty mutch ate all her food except the salmon.

- service is 10/10 - ambience is terrible - no music, very quiet and awkward - food was okay. Everything except dessert had fish oil or something fishy, not a variety of flavour. If you like fish, you will love this. I expected a diversity of flavours.
