9/10This was our second visit to Allard after many years as we were keen to eat the delicious duck with olives signature dish once against n. We were not disappointed! The food was delicious and beautifully served. Wine not cheap but excellent. Our only criticism is that the tables are very small and tightly packed in so that staff and customers bump into you when passing.

10/10It was a lovely place to celebrate a special evening for our family. The food was beyond amazing & service was outstanding. Amazing experience start to finish.

9/10Love the intimate setting. The service, attention to detail was outstanding. The snails were incredible. The bottle of wine perfectly matched for what we choose to order. I’ve eaten at Allard my last 3 visits to Paris. It is one of my favorite restaurants in the world. I will say the chicken for two was a little more dry than I remember it tasting this visit compared to the previous times I ordered it.

10/10A very special restaurant. From start to finish everything was excellent. When you you imagine a Paris bistro this is what you see in your head. The food was exceptional and service friendly and efficient. Will definitely be back

10/10I found this restaurant on my way to a boulangerie and I highly recomend it. I had legs frog as a starter and my wife had mushrooms that both were very tasty. Then we both had scallops with a good white wine . As desert, one profiterole and babá au rum. I will be back for sure, I could not miss talking about the sommelier that was Nice and helpfull. I highly recomend this typical french restaurant .

2.5/10I very rarely write a bad review and never without first writing to the restaurant to advise them of what was wrong and giving them the opportunity to respond professionally. I've been waiting for a week now and there has been no response so I assume senior management at Allard view negative customer experiences as the floor staff do; with complete indifference and arrogance. I only ever select restaurants for special occasions from the Michelin Guide and have found their reviews to be very reliable. To sum up our experience of Allard, as my husband said upon leaving, "it was a blight on the name of Alain Ducasse" The mains were both served cold and when we politely pointed this out the staff removed them and returned them only slightly less cold than before. My husband's beef was suddenly half the size and my fish was returned with 4 pathetic small white stalks of silver beet, not the vegetables I had originally had been served and that were uneaten as was the cold meal when it was returned. This restaurant reeks of an arrogance that exploits the good name of a great chef, and prays on foreigners with big wallets. I wrote to Michelin and copied the letter I wrote to Allard and they replied politely and appropriately. Allard didn't even bother to reply to my email. I would never ever return and suggest if you're wanting to celebrate a special occasion in Paris, your business should be taken elsewhere. There are plenty of wonderful young chefs who are producing incredible food and care deeply about their customer's satisfaction. Support them and not this sham of a restaurant.

7/10We wanted an 8 o'clock ressy but were told only 7pm. When we were half way through dinner we noticed four tables empty. The food was terrific, the air conditioning did not work. Wine list was amazing, different price points.

10/10We couldn’t fault the restaurant in terms of quality and presentation of the food and the service all of which were excellent - the one thing that was a tiny bit disappointing was the size of the fillet of beef that I had - it was quite small for the price paid (50 euros) - but it was perfectly cooked and the sauce was delicious - we would definitely return to Allard

9.5/10Had a beautiful dinner here while visiting Paris from US. Service was professional and relaxed... food was delightful. A very minor seating compromise and odd air-conditioning system - but certainly not enough to warrant complaint.

6/10My friend and I went on 14 July and couldn’t have the préfixe lunch because of the holiday. We ordered the roasted duck with olives, the house specialty. It was over cooked, not crispy, and dry. Sad, and €90–just for that dish for two. The entrees were fine, as were the potatoes. The dessert profiteroles were pathetic: 5 little (unstuffed) choux puffs with a small quenelle of ice cream in the center. Very disappointing; not up to their standards at all.

9/10Always fantastic traditional French food - frogs’ legs then duck, fantastic - but insanely hot. We literally had sweat running down our faces which meant we didn’t linger - had to get out in fresh air. Charming service especially when you think how many foreigners are coming through. Love the never changing decor as feels like we’ve stumbled in to a Renoir film.

10/10We had three courses for lunch (a la carte), and everything was absolutely delicious. Service was impeccable. Every morsel was perfect. Dishes that seem so simple but are never as good anywhere else. I've been coming here every time I visit Paris over the last 10-12 years. It's perfect every time!

5.5/10The food was of poor quality. The pate was very dry and the duck with olives was very disappointing. Not sure if they changed the recepie, but the duck was dry and the sauce very watery. Unlike like it used to be prior to the pandemic. Overall it was not worth the charge!

9.5/10Great ambiance and service in this old-school, truly French restaurant. Escargot are amazing. Only negative was that there was no AC and it was a hot evening. The staff worked so hard to ensure that it was still a great experience by bringing ice and chilled towels and remaining unflaggingly positive and professional.

8.5/10Brilliant food. Good, but slightly pushy service. Cramped space could use better A/C in the summer. Filler characters.....................

4.5/10The staff while pleasant never asked us if we would like a drink, never offered us a wine list or suggested a cocktail. The portions were small even by French standards. The food overall was very underwhelming. Would not return nor would I recommend it.
