8.5/10The food was really good. The waiter was very attentive. The only complaint is that the wines were overpriced. Overall, have had better food for lower prices in Rome.

10/10This restaurant was a little find. Every dish was executed with great care and attention. We loved that the chef used local ingredients and local cuisine with a fine dining twist. The ambience was calm and a refuge from the hectic historic centre tourist mayhem. It is set in the quiet neighbourhood of Prati so a little off the beaten track but well worth a visit. We had a wonderful experience and I hope the restaurant gets the recognition it deserves in the shape of a star!

9.5/10A restaurant with a potential to earn a Michelin star. Unfortunately there aren’t wine pairing by glass. There can be more selections in wine menu. All dishes were nice except the beef at the end, but it can be subjective. Worth a try. Great value!

9.5/10This restaurant is a nice, small restaurant. Easy to find and near public transport stops. Food and ambiance was great. 4 course menu with wine pairing we had, great combinations and perfect match. Food was served too fast, we hadn't finished our course, when next glasses were filled already. We asked to slow down a little, which was great. Wonderful dining and venue, a special treat!

10/10We were hesitant heading in to the evening given that everyone has their own idea of “excellent”. This restaurant was truly lovely. Staff is dedicated and professional, chef was on pointe through the entire meal and the wine pairings were ideal. Atmosphere was calm and welcoming. They took care of everything right to the taxi home. A must try for a solid night out in Rome.

10/10We had a really nice dinner with my wife. The menu was original and really tasty. The service was impeccable, and the server spoke french, which was better for me :) We are sure we'll be back in this restaurant one day, during our next stop in Rome. We recommend you to test it!

10/10We did the 7 course tasting menu with wine pairing and were blown away. There was a great deal of innovation and extremely high quality food. The wine was paired perfectly to play off the food just right. Highly recommend spending an evening here

10/10We chose Almato for our anniversary and our final dinner in Roma and it did not disappoint. My wife is a vegetarian so I imagine it’s a challenge to do a five course meal to satisfy both our tastes. We also got to meet Chef Tommaso to top the night off!
