The service was superb. Our waitress (Eris) was very attentive and knowledgeable. She gave us great recommendations for food and wine. She brought three different bottles and we tested them and decided on a New Zealand Chardonnay. We had the best beef tartare and the carbonara was even better ! Highly recommend the place.

Staff so lovely. We were tourists, English, on holiday of course and had a delightful lunch on Christmas day. Great cellar, fine Roman cooking. Go if you can get a table.

It was our best meal in Rome. The food was amazing, especially the beef tartare with warm and crispy homemade bread. Extraordinary! The beef was so tender it melt in my mouth. And the service was great. The staff were very attentive and warm. Everything was perfect.

Delicious food and delightful staff made this such an enjoyable experience that we returned for a second evening in our short stay in Rome. We can highly recommend the entrecôte steak with black truffle! It is an easy 4 minute walk from Piramide metro station.

After two weeks in Italy, DOC EnoBistrot - Cruderia & Cucina has been a highlight of our trip. The pasta was some of the best we’ve had, and Mirko’s excellent service made the evening even better. His recommendations for the cheese and cold cuts board, wine, and pasta were all spot on. Though this isn’t our first time in Italy, Mirko made this visit memorable. We’re from Texas, and would love to see you there one day, Mirko! Thanks for a great experience!
