This is a terribly disappointing experience! Ambience and decor is magical but food was very disappointing. Add the fact that we and the other 4 tables ( it’s a small boudoir type setup) had to wait to receive our bill as the owner was busy with the shops customers and when we all got up to settle our bill, we were ignored as if we were naughty children who got up from the table before we were supposed to. Not really a high tea but tea and cake. Also the shop seems to have odd hours and I did not appreciate having to stand outside in the cold to be let in! At least have the decency to provide your patrons with a chair of that is how you operate.

Wonderfully relaxing in a unique magical place in Strasbourg. I took the Piccadilly breakfast which had a variety of sweet and savoury treats - all tasty, a feast for the palate and a delight for the eyes. Time stands still here and the weary soul is warmed and refreshed by the lovely welcome from Fred and the other staff. Exquisite place, people and food.
