We were excited to try Bristro 100 Manerias but left unsatisfied. Our server was not friendly and didn't seem to care much about us and at sometimes even rude The food was just ok, the best part were the starters (potato skins, ceasar salad and bread), all the mains were not great. We will not be going back and we do not recommend especially for the high price.

We had high hopes for this, based on the reviews and standing of it's other restaurant (which we didn't realise was separate). However, the service we received/didn't receive was shocking. It took over an hour for our meagre tuna sashimi starter, which was nice but not worth the 80 minute wait. A further 30 minutes later our monkfish arrived, with the tiniest bit of filling and not a sign of the octopus we ordered. They forgot it! The restaurant wasn't full, there was no excuse. They made a very poor apology, no offer of a dessert to make up for it, nothing. It seems that if you're a tourist, you just don't matter. Do yourself a favour and go elsewhere.

The food at this restaurant was excellent. The suggested wine pairing was excellent. The chef and the sommelier clearly know their food and wine. The ambiance was also very good - it was moderately lively, but not loud. We had a great evening.

Awful service. Staff were unfriendly, inattentive and just strange. Maybe that works if the food is fantastic but the food was also fairly unimpressive. Food took forever to come. The worst meal & dining experience we’ve had in Europe.

During my visit to the Bistro, I had a positive dining experience. The food was enjoyable, and I appreciated the staff inquiring about any allergies I may have had. Additionally, the quality of the drinks we received was excellent. I encountered an issue during a recent dining experience, in which a dish was delivered with potential for cross-contamination. Specifically, a spoon was used from a shrimp plate on a side dish, leading me to request a replacement due to concerns about allergen cross-contamination. This matter was promptly resolved by the establishment. I would like to emphasize the importance of taking allergies into serious consideration. Upon receipt of the dishes, I noticed that the meat and the shrimp were brought to the table by the same individual, and there was a potential risk of cross-contact.

The welcoming was very good, lovely table on the 2nd floor. For the starter, the mackerel tartare was so smelly, we had to use another sauce from another starter to cover the smell. Some ginger or lemon juice will do a better job for all fish and seafood dish. For the main course, the fish rice was amazing, but we found a long hair in it … so, we told the waiter about it and he was very apologetic and claimed that he would offer us the dessert as an apology. When we received the bill, the dessert was billed and he claimed that it was how it was written in Portuguese (?). Anyhow, I did not want to battle for nothing and just let it be.

Would absolutely recommend. The drinks are out of this world. The food is really amazing and we got recommended a bottle of wine that fit perfectly. This is one of those places you would want to go back again- something we did

we had a nice meal and the service was good, we did feel that the food was slightly over priced for what it was, there were also just one or to odd things about the restaurant that place it as a bit style over substance , for example the menus came in large lovely designed folder which was impractically large to sit on the table, however inside was a tiny menu. however good food and service so who can complain :-)

What a sensational meal we had at Bistro 100 Maneiras! The wild tiger prawns were the size of dinner plates and the octopus, done Asian style, was incredible. I had never tried octopus before; now I’m not sure I want to eat it any other way. It was THAT good! Don’t miss the Cheese Foam and Guava for dessert. In fact, make sure you order two. It was superb!

FOOD WAS SOME OF THE BEST WE HAVE HAD IN LISBON. THE SERVICE IS SPOTTY. SEVERAL ITEMS ON THE MENU WERE UNAVAILABLE SOME OF WHICH WE ALREADY ORDERED. OUR FIRST SERVER DIDN’T UNDERSTAND OUR DRINK ORDERS EVEN THOUGH WE ORDERED FROM THEIR COCKTAIL MENU. MY WIFE ORDERED A DIRTY MARTINI WITH OLIVES WHICH NO ONE COULD GET. THEY THEN SWAPPED WAITERS. THIS GUY WAS EXCELLENT. ALSO SAT US UPSTAIRS WHICH WAS A BIT TOO WARM AND ALL AMERICANS

I’m from the US and read about this restaurant online and made reservations . It was a great choice ( food and wine) and service was great by everyone.
