7/10The restaurant is very beautiful and the service is excellent, but the dishes we ordered were really disappointing. In my dish, the meat was bland and partly not even chewable. The waiter said there were around 200 grams of meat in the dish, but it definitely didn’t feel like that — maybe 150 grams at most. The second dish was more like a soup and wasn’t tasty either. In the end, we were really disappointed.

The service was a bit confusing, but all the staff were extremely friendly and attentive. The food and drinks were simply delicious. I highly recommend this place. We will definitely be back soon!

6/10the restaurant itself is great...the service very good.....the food was fine, not exceptional..but ok. the worst part without doubt was the ambiance..the atmosphere.the night we went there was a party of 20-30 really, loud, annoying Americans, who had no regard for anybody else in the restaurant. They clearly just wanted to show what great fun they were pretending to have..irrespective of any other nationalities present they just wanted to shout and be noticed. this was mentioned to the waiting staff who shrugged and said " they are Americans, what can we say". dissapointing responce

8/10The “reception” at the initial queu took a little bit too long. Then everything went smoothly. I gave 4 stars to the food but don’t mind this. I was a “very frequently flyer” at Trindade some 50 years ago. Then I stopped going, Trindade closed and went through some changes and as it is the case when we compare things now with the things in one’s youth they are never quite the same. 😀😀

Beautiful interior, mixing the old (1836) with the modern. Very friendly and relaxed service. Food was OK, albeit a bit bland. I had the Fish soup, the dressed crab and the croquettes, and all 3 could do with a bit more spice.

7.5/10Service was extremely slow. We waited 30 min before we saw a server Food was delicious Very busy that night. Not one table empty. Need to wave down some one every time we needed something.
