8.5/10Very pleasant little restaurant. Waiter was very friendly and attentive, and the music provided a nice ambience without being intrusive. To my surprise we were the only diners, ( surprised because it has high ratings on Google), but the waiter explained that most of the local clientele are away on hols, and in fact they shut down completely in August.

9.5/10The woman who greeted us (Alexandra?) was genuinely warm and friendly-she helped us enjoy a leisurely and relaxing lunch. Foie gras appetizer, magnificent; wine list small but well chosen-would return!

Entre Tribunal y Gran Vía se encuentra el restaurante Casa Fidel, una casa de comidas de toda la vida. Tanto su decoración como su cocina indican que estás en un templo de comida casera donde te sentirás como en casa. En la carta puedes encontrar platos como Chipirones en su tinta, Merluza fresca a la plancha, Alcachofas naturales (siempre de temporada) con jamón y foie casero, Espárragos trigueros a la plancha, Hamburguesa de ternera, Zancarrón en salsa o Ventresca con pimientos, la típica Ensaladilla rusa, Croquetas caseras…todo tipo de platos hechos a la manera y forma tradicional y casera. Conviene dejar espacio para el postre, especialmente para la Tarta de queso. La decoración en la línea de la comida, es sencilla, acogedora.
