It turns out to be an average Americanized food restaurant. Vine and drinks are fine. But the food is the same as in middle states in USA. Lots of things on the plate, overcooked and not tasty. Deserts are from the shelves in the adjusted store. Eately in NYC is better :)

Part of our order never arrived! The cashier was rather rude and DIDNT apologize for the inconvenience, insisting that that the waitress didn’t understand. You should consider being more courteous to us customers, remember we are paying for a service. However, I shall return to eat at Eatily, we have been patrons there for many years. The quality in general has deteriorated since Oscar Farinetti pulled out. Disappointing.

I appreciate this venue, which is why I occasionally visit to savor Eatily's distinctive offerings. The fusion of dining and shopping for quality ingredients to cook at home is delightful. The quality is consistently high, the menu enticing, and the staff are proficient and swift in processing orders, ensuring they are ready promptly. Overall, it's an enjoyable experience that I endorse.
