5.5/10+5The restaurant is too noisy, tables are too close to each others and the noise echoes. It s not acceptable for a 1 star restaurant. They should use carpet and use soft wallpapers to absorb the noise. Food and service is good.

10/10Exceptional and friendly service. Wonderfully inventive and surprising menu. A tremendous treat and many courses beyond the 6 we reserved. The chef not only manipulates flavor and texture, but varies temperature in the dishes as well. Had a nice chat with him during dessert. Highly recommend the tasting menu. Simply amazing.

10/10This was one of the best experiences I have had in a Michelin starred restaurant, and I have been to a few 3 stars as well as multiple 1 stars and 2 stars. Every bite of the food was immaculate, the service was attentive and personable, and the restaurants understated elegance made for a beautiful evening. Highly, highly recommend. It was a unicorn find for us.

10/10Outstanding dishes, perfect service. Fresh ideas, driven by a sharp sense of what is the taste to reach and to offer to the clients. Simply put, Hemicycle is the place to go. I happen to go to many restaurants every year (approximately 100). Every now and then "the different one" emerges, so it finds a place in my heart and my memory, together with a few others. I live far from Paris, but for sure I'll try to find a table every time I'll be back to the french capital.

4/10+1Overall the food was too contrived, strange mélanges in an effort to be inventive. The restaurant was busy and service was particularly slow - 3.5h to serve 4 courses (including dessert). Wine pairing was mediocre. Not worth 150 euros per person for meal and pairing. Ambiance too bright.

10/10Hemicycle was an amazing surprise! We tried the lunch menu, really great, specially the starter, which was a poivre risotto with coffee and apricot. Also great service, would definitely come back!
