The salads were delicious, but the risotto and pasta were not suitable for consumption. The risotto was crunchy and the pasta Carbonara was overly salty. Otherwise, the service was pleasant.

Nice quiet ambiance. It was not busy but we had 3 different servers. Suppose to be a high end eatery but servers lack initiative and we had to get their attention. Entree quality good but dessert average. The eatery of UNA in Napoli is better in our opinion

We had a Fork reservation at 18:00 and were informed at the bar at 17:45 that they could not accommodate us— with a confused explanation as to why. We could still eat in the bar, but the menu supplied, clearly was not what was advertised on their website. Service was rushed because the bartender clearly was not used to the situation. Food was not hot and not particularly appetizing, just OK. We had dressed for the occasion “smart casual”, so can’t understand the lack of respect. We normally don’t leave bad reviews, but this was clearly the most disappointing experience during our five stay in Roma and our 18 days visiting four cities in northern Italy. Definitely would not recommend this restaurant to anyone visiting Roma.
