10/10The setting was beautiful, such a nice atmosphere. Very safe area. Service was on point! The waiter was delightful, explained certain dishes, and was quite understanding of our really poor ability to speak Italian! Food was fantastic! We were greeted with a warm smile, and wished a nice evening upon our exit. The food was traditional Italian, with deep, rich flavors, yet had a new depth (or a “kick” as my daughter said) which made the dishes extra special. Portions were huge! Overall, I would give this place a 20 out of 10 if possible!

10/10Wonderful experience, food and service were second to none, and Alessandro and Rita are gracious host/hostess. The wait staff were terrific, the pasta was perfectly toothy, and the pairings of sauces was perfecto!

10/10Lovely quiet restaurant for dinner in Trionfale. The service was friendly and accomodating, the food was the best we've had in Rome. We are planning to go back soon. Check out their YouTube channel to see in depth preparations for all the dishes on the menu!

8/10Interesting restaurant reminding us of the traditional Roman cuisine with a touch of sophistication and some extra not very Roman dishes for the visitor's palate. Simple cooking, excellent ingredients and they obviously have a passion for what they do.

A partire dagli ingredienti, tra cui la pasta Benedetto Cavalieri di Lecce, il riso Carnaroli Acquerello, le tagliatelle e i tortellini di Bologna rigorosamente fatti a mano da esperte pastaie Emiliane. La produzione propria del Panzotto garantisce la freschezza quotidiana di elementi fondamentali per la qualità dei piatti, quali il pomodoro, le uova, e soprattutto le verdure, accuratamente selezionate secondo la prosperità stagionale. Tradizione è ciò che domina, sia nei metodi, come l'attenta essiccazione delle salsicce, sia nella cura dell'elemento essenziale del Panzotto; l'olio extra vergine d'oliva. Condimento fondamentale della nostra cucina, l'olio del Panzotto nasce nei nostri uliveti della Sabina, dove gode di una spremitura a freddo con acidità prossima allo zero. Tra questi, giace una pianta di ulivo di circa 700 anni, simbolo delle radici di passione e continuità, persistenti aspirazioni del Panzotto.
