What a shame! 🥺 We went to Jobi earlier this week and it was lovely. We went back tonight because we had such a lovely time last time and it was completely different. The waitress who served us was rude and unfriendly. We spent more than €90 but were made to feel unwelcome and a nuisance. The food was a similar standard but the service was terrible. If you don’t mind being treated badly but having edible food then try it out. But sadly we can no longer recommend this restaurant.

The staff are very friendly and the service is excellent. The food is sublime and our bottle of local Syracusan wine was delicious. We highly recommend Jobi and will be going back there on our next stay in Ortigia.

We ate here twice, both times the meals, swordfish and tuna were beautiful with tasty sides of copotano and grilled veg. Staff were very friendly and helpful

Everything was nice. Food was good although the octopus was small and a bit stringy. Steak was fantastic as was the pistachio shrimp linguini. Service was fast and efficient.

This was an amazing lunch during our day spent in Ortigia. The staff was kind and friendly. Our waiter recommended a wonderful white wine to go with our lunch. My husband and I shared the fish of the day caponata which was delicious! I had the seafood linguine which was amazing with clams mussels shrimp and calamari. He had the pistachio pesto pasta which was excellent. The seafood linguine sauce was incredible and one of the best dishes I have had in Sicily. We also shared the grilled octopus which was a great dish. I would highly recommend this restaurant!! All dishes were local and authentic.

Absolutely delicious warm starter of octopus with tomatoes, capers, olives then a superb dish of roasted sea bass with toasted almonds and pesto. Great wine too and very welcoming people, thank you!

I enjoyed a penne Norma and mixed salad. Both delicious! They have gluten free options for those who need them. Alladin was very kind.
