All around a top notch experience. The pistachio crusted sword fish and seafood pasta were incredible. Great and welcoming staff. We highly recommend Tavernetta Uno da Simone!!!!

we were very satisfied with the quality of the food as well as the friendliness of the staff. I had the Bigotti with seafood and pistachio and really enjoyed it a great deal. My husband had the sword fish which was equally good. In spite of being in a very tourist street, the prices were very fair.

We came 10 minutes before reservation time. The staff ignored us and it occurred that we don't have the reservation made 2 weeks ago. The restaurant was full despite our reservation and there wasn't a free table for us. It was the last time we wanted to try food in this restaurant.

Food was delicious and service was excellent. We were very pleased a couple items we ordered to share and the kitchen plated them accordingly. Very friendly.

We return to this restaurant every time we come to Siracusa. Steady good food, perfect pasta frutti de mare, good location, nice staff. Now also digital booking system in place, so easy to book a table.

Our meal was disappointing overall. The first course pasta with seafood, which we shared, was tasty and full of seafood. However the insalata mista was unappealing - a pile of roughly cut radicchio and fennel with a bit of lettuce, that looked thrown together without care and didn’t taste especially good. The tuna rosso secondi special contained fat and gristle, and seemed like a second rate piece of fish — nothing like we’d eaten at other restaurants. Service wasn’t bad, but it took a second reminder to bring my husband’s glass of wine. Overall a mediocre meal at best.

Cozy restaurant and a menu with ample fish choices. Our dishes were delicious and our server was very professional and friendly.

Great tuna with grilled veg. Friendly service. House wine very good. Everything great. Would definitely eat there again.

They forgot to bring the wine. The food was below average in the sense that it was seafood pasta with not so much seafood. When the bill came they were charging for water that we had not ordered.

We were a party of four and every one of has outstanding dishes! We all highly recommend! Please note a reservation is a must- even on a Monday night off season!
