The food is absolutely spectacular and beautifully presented! The Chef and his team deserve Michelin Stars. I highly recommend the wine and sake pairing which splendidly accompany each dish and accentuate the experience. We are grateful to the team for their exquisite attention to detail, wonderful service, and excellent work to prepare such a wonderful culinary experience.

Food is very simple what makes price absolutely not reasonable. Sushi fish selection is plane and taste all the same except toro tuna. Main complain is that you can find same experience 3 times cheaper. not worth it.

Extraordinary food - I went for kaiseki course with sake pairing and it was divine. The fish and all ingredients were so fresh and thoughtfully prepared. The waiters were very attentive

Fresh fish and other ingredients.Given it is omakase, i will only focus on the sashimi and sushi parts, which are all well presented and executed. The only thing I may mentioned is, I will prefer knowing sushi set at the very beginning so I have some ideas on the sushi set, though I may give the wrong signal saying “just do it” . Hence the sushi chef just started without a summary.

Great experience to try out the amazing Japanese cuisine in Portugal. A lot of attentive and friendly staff. All the chefs were great and very professional. We got a table right in front of their work area. A great experience and delicious mouth watering experience

Cannot recommend highly enough. Superb from start to finish. If you love sushi and find yourself anywhere near Cascais, you should eat here. It is worth a detour. Delicious and different.
