Exquisite flavors that consistently surprised the palette. Every one of the 7 plates was a work of art and carefully explained by Carlos. This is a jewel of a restaurant with personalized service and a very successful cultural fusion between France and Japan. Thank you Chef Yamamoto for an unforgettable experience.

Spectacular experience and intimate dining setting in a ritzy part of the 16th. Have been back three times and never disappointed. Don't miss the foie-gras au saiki miso, a genius creation.
