It was the most terrible restaurant experience in Geneva! Service was awful and rude. It started at seating as because we came with the FORK, they gave us the most unappealing sitting place next to the wall by the kitchen. I insisted going to a decent table which were ALL emptied as we came at 18:30! Our asking clearly bothered them! I had Announced my allergies uphand at the reservation and no one ever looked. Then the waitress had a despicable attitude and didn’t care at all to even try to adjust the meals so I could eat properly. All others restaurants always did. Could only eat 2 appetizers. Plus she was clearly uncaring and defiant like I tried to bother her. I have anaphylactic allergies + EpiPen and my life is at stake with those. It’s is NOT by choice! Plus scandalously, tap water was not allowed, only still bottle water of very weird taste at 9.-!. Then the desserts were very bad. The tiramisu was super stiff and compact and the tarte Tatin was icy cold! + hard. DONT EVER GO!

Chère Madame, Nous vous remercions pour votre commentaire constructif, cependant la cuisine étant ouverte, la table qui vous a été attribué n’a rien à voir avec le fait de réserver par The Fork, mais nous vous avons déplacé à votre demande, de plus tous les plats principaux vous ont été proposés avec une autre garniture, mais vous avez refusé, après avoir demandé à la cuisine, nous vous avons donc proposé les plats correspondant à vos allergies. Nous tacherons d’améliorer la qualité des desserts. Il est clairement indiqué dans l’appli que les carafes d’eau ne sont pas possibles. Nous espérons avoir l’occasion de vous accueillir à nouveau.

Very interesting menu, good choice of drink and food. Nice and classy ambient. Bit pricey but ok with discount
