Caponata was too fancy, with cocoa powder and caramel on top. Did not expected it in a traditional sicilian restaurant, however it was quite delicious but definitely too sweet and the sour/tangy note was missing. Mains were delicious, but the service was very slow. Value for money was insanely good, especially considering the fact that you are in Taormina. Important to know: We asked to sit outside, however we were told upon arrival that they don‘t have places outside.

We went there before 7pm. The waitress told us have to 7 to be able to order food. We ordered seafood pasta and shrimps pasta. The seafood pasta was very good. The shrimps pasta which was more expensive and was too salty and just 4-5 small shrimps.

The food was absolutely delicious! The wait staff were accommodating and personable. It was very clean and beautifully decorated. The homemade pasta reminded me of my mother's homemade pasta. I'd highly recommend it.
